Our artisan staff is highly qualified Posted Sep. 3, 2003 The Craftsmen at Renaissance are skilled professionals with years of experience in such disciplines as piano technology and woodworking.
As president, Jeffrey Cappelli leads the RCR team of artisans. This award-winning pianist (with extensive training in piano technology from Indiana University) brings to each project a mechanical and artistic understanding that is crucial for fine-tuning the touch and tone qualities of each instrument.
RCR's skilled piano technicians, as well, are experienced artists. Several of our furniture craftsmen have worked with fine woods and lacquers for decades. Application of the materials used requires a thorough knowledge of the complete finishing process from wood staining to the last of the seven coats of high quality lacquer.Browse more...
