Baldwin Piano Restored |
Dear Jeff,
Thank you so much for the lovely Baldwin piano you recently restored for us. As you know, we have been considering a new piano for several years and only waited for a special occasion... my 40th birthday!
The piano is even nicer than you promised. Not only is it physically beautiful, but, more importantly, the sound is gorgeous and rich. I never realized how bad my old piano was until I had this piano to compare it to. With four people in our house playing piano, this is a family heirloom that will continue giving.
Jeff, you and your staff were friendly, courteous, and professional at all times, and I'm pleased we were able to work together to create such a special gift.
