Regulation

The instrument must be played so that the felts and strings can settle in. We regulate three times and tune several times before delivery.

The regulation must be exact and solid to insure stability. New strings stretch, so multiple tunings are required. The last tuning is performed just before delivery, insuring that your instrument will be returned in immaculate playing condition.
